Our standard service fee is £30 which is inclusive of the first hours work, £20 is chargeable per subsequent hour.
After an initial assessment of the problem/task a predicted time scale will be provided to prospective customers. This is not a guarantee. It may take considerably less or considerably more time to repair a problem than initially expected.
We will inform you if a job is outside of our scope. We do not organise visits unless we are confident in our ability to solve your problem.
In the rare event that a problem cannot be resolved there will be no fee if you live within the HU17 area.
